ACTION PLAN RESOURCES
To submit an action plan, go to MyJeffco, and choose the "Employee" tab. Click the "Submit Action Plan" button and complete the Google Form provided.
CAPITAL PROJECT RESOURCES
A Capital Project request always accompanies an action plan for the project. Begin by completing an action plan using the information provided above. The "Funding Sources" component of the Action Plan will provide direction on completing the Capital Project request.

CAPITAL PROJECT GRADING RUBRIC
The rubric facilitates the evaluation and assessment of annual submissions for Capital Projects, which are supervised by the members of the Strategic Planning Committee.
